Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the PMO framework for digital initiatives, including roadmap development, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for scent-related digital projects, from ideation to deployment and post-implementation review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, IT, operations, marketing) to align digital strategies with business objectives
• Implement best practices in project governance, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable ROI
• Drive change management, training programs, and adoption of new digital tools
• Report progress to senior leadership and provide actionable insights via dashboards and KPIs
• Foster innovation in scent technology, such as digital twins for fragrance simulation and IoT for production monitoring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in PMO roles focusing on digital transformation
• Proven track record managing complex projects in manufacturing, consumer goods, or fragrance/scent industries
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; experience with digital tools like ERP systems, AI/ML for R&D, and cloud platforms
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• Fluency in English and Spanish; ability to work in a multicultural team
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Benicarló or other IFF sites
