Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project portfolios, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for digital transformation projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Implement digital solutions including AI-driven scent formulation tools, digital twins for manufacturing, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
• Monitor project risks, KPIs, and provide executive reporting using advanced analytics
• Foster a culture of agile project management and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align digital strategies with business objectives

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in PMO roles focused on digital transformation initiatives
• Proven track record managing complex projects in manufacturing or R&D environments, preferably in the fragrance, chemicals, or consumer goods industry
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum) and tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies such as ERP systems, AI/ML for R&D, cloud platforms, and IoT
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to travel occasionally to sites in Spain
