Overview

JAGGAER, a global leader in source-to-pay (S2P) procurement solutions, is seeking a talented PreSales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our sales representatives and prospective clients, delivering customized demonstrations of our cloud-based procurement platform to highlight its value in streamlining spend management, supplier collaboration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs and tailor solution proposals
• Conduct live product demos, proof-of-concepts, and workshops showcasing JAGGAER's features like eSourcing, contract management, and analytics
• Respond to technical questions during sales cycles, including RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
• Provide post-demo support, including solution architecture recommendations and ROI calculations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities
• Stay updated on industry trends in procurement and supply chain management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles
• Deep knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems, and SaaS solutions
• Proven track record of supporting sales cycles with product demonstrations and RFI/RFP responses
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
