Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement process control systems, including PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and SCADA applications
• Manage industrial information systems, ensuring seamless integration of MES, ERP, and production data platforms
• Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to minimize downtime and improve throughput
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives for operational technology (OT) networks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy IIoT solutions and predictive maintenance tools
• Conduct system audits, upgrades, and compliance checks with industry standards
• Provide training and documentation for maintenance teams

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in process controls, PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens), and SCADA systems
• Proficiency in industrial networking, HMI development, and MES integration
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards for OT environments (e.g., IEC 62443)
• Experience with historians, data analytics, and IIoT technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
