Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product roadmaps for AI tools, aligning with business goals in prefab innovation.
• Lead growth initiatives: optimize funnels, run A/B tests, and acquire users via organic, paid, and partnership channels.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to launch features that deliver measurable ROI.
• Analyze user data and market trends to iterate on product-market fit and drive retention/churn reduction.
• Build scalable growth systems, including automation and personalization using AI.
• Report on KPIs to stakeholders and evangelize product vision internally/externally.

• 5+ years in product management or growth roles, with proven experience in AI/ML products
• Strong background in SaaS or tech product lifecycle, from ideation to scaling
• Expertise in growth hacking, user acquisition, and metrics-driven decision making (e.g., AARRR framework)
• Familiarity with AI technologies, data analytics, and construction/tech intersection
• Excellent leadership skills to build and mentor cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
