• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise software/hardware or IoT solutions

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and market analysis
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing)
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Aha!, or similar product management software
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industries is a plus
