As a Product Owner - User Management at Docebo, you will own the product roadmap for user lifecycle management within our cloud-native LMS platform. Docebo powers learning for millions worldwide, and you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless user experiences from onboarding to advanced admin controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product backlog for user management features, including SSO integration, multi-tenancy, and custom roles
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact features
• Conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and use data to inform product decisions
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces for admins and end-users
• Monitor market trends in identity management (e.g., Okta, Auth0) and edtech to keep Docebo ahead
• Participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven track record working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of user management concepts including authentication (OAuth, SAML), authorization, roles, and permissions
• Experience with LMS or edtech platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
