Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end production schedules for creator-submitted content, including milestones, dependencies, and deadlines
• Collaborate with creators, artists, engineers, and QA teams to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve bottlenecks
• Track project progress using production tools and report on status to stakeholders
• Manage asset pipelines, version control, and quality assurance handoffs
• Facilitate feedback loops between creators and internal teams to iterate on content
• Support platform operations by documenting processes and contributing to guidelines

• 2+ years of experience in production coordination, project management, or similar roles in gaming, media, or tech industries
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello for tracking timelines and deliverables
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with creators, developers, and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with content creation pipelines, asset management, and creator platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Business, or related field preferred
• Passion for gaming and Rockstar titles is a plus
