Pacific Community (SPC), the principal scientific and technical organization in the Pacific region, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager - Digital Transformation to drive our organization's digital evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver digital transformation projects aligned with SPC's strategic goals in areas like climate resilience, sustainable development, and regional cooperation
• Lead cross-functional teams including IT specialists, data analysts, and domain experts to implement solutions such as cloud migrations, automation platforms, and digital dashboards
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with international standards and data privacy regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Pacific Island countries to identify needs and customize digital solutions
• Monitor project progress using KPIs, provide regular reporting, and facilitate change management to maximize adoption
• Foster innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into SPC's operations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in digital transformation or IT projects
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies including cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, and data analytics
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience in multicultural environments
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana
• French and English fluency; knowledge of Pacific languages a plus
