Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders to develop comprehensive response strategies
• Write, edit, and format proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and branding standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical content and ensure accuracy
• Manage the proposal lifecycle from kickoff to submission, including version control and reviews
• Track proposal win rates and contribute to continuous improvement of our proposal processes
• Support business development by creating targeted pitch materials and case studies

• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, or business development support in the IT sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint; experience with proposal management tools like RFPIO or Loopio is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, English, or a related field
• Knowledge of IT services, cloud solutions, or managed services is highly desirable
