The Role
As a Proposal Writer on our remote contract team, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process by developing high-quality proposals that showcase YuJa's value proposition. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFP requirements and develop compliant, compelling proposal responses
• Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to gather inputs and align messaging
• Write executive summaries, technical sections, pricing schedules, and appendices
• Edit and format proposals for clarity, consistency, and visual appeal
• Conduct win/loss analysis to continuously improve proposal strategies
• Manage proposal timelines using project management tools

• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in software or edtech sectors
