Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on Salesforce environments.

• Conduct performance and security testing to safeguard application integrity.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile framework.
• Automate test cases where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage.

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce platforms
• Proficiency in Salesforce testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations
• Experience with Quality Management (QM) processes, test planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform Developer) are a plus
