Location: Bochum, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany (with remote flexibility)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, BI development, or analytics roles
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
• Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data governance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
• German and English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with real estate data domains is a plus
