Position Overview
As an SAP Functional Analyst (Manufacturing), you will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP solutions tailored to manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map business requirements, optimize processes, and ensure seamless SAP integration across production, inventory, and quality management. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing business processes and translate them into SAP configurations
• Lead SAP PP, MM, and QM module implementations and upgrades
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and create functional specifications
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and support go-live activities
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users
• Stay updated on SAP best practices and manufacturing industry trends

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, with focus on Manufacturing modules (PP, MM, QM)
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and customization
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and shop floor integration
• Experience with integration tools like SAP PI/PO or CPI
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct business process analysis
• Fluency in English and Spanish; German is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client sites
