• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including custom workflows, integrations, and reporting dashboards.

• Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support deployments in production environments.

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Service Portal customization
• Familiarity with SAP NS2 environments, ITIL processes, and national security compliance standards (clearance preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in agile teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
