Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within cloud solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, technical) to meet client KPIs
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and QBRs in Dutch and English
• Analyze account performance and develop retention strategies
• Stay updated on cloud industry trends to provide consultative advice

• Fluency in Dutch (native or C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English
• 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in IT or cloud services
• Strong knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Proven track record in sales, upselling, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Experience in BPO or customer experience industry is a plus
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings
