Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced quantitative models for market forecasting, portfolio optimization, and risk assessment
• Analyze structured and unstructured data from property transactions, market trends, and economic indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design custom insights dashboards and reports
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on real estate investment opportunities using statistical and ML techniques
• Stay ahead of industry trends in PropTech, AI, and quantitative finance to innovate our offerings
• Present findings to senior executives and clients, translating data into compelling business narratives

• Master's or PhD in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably in real estate, finance, or consulting
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, time-series analysis, and econometric modeling
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and financial datasets
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
