• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, modeling, and big data technologies
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift), and ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Airflow)
• Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards (GDPR, SOX)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling tools (ER/Studio, Lucidchart)
• Experience with real-time data streaming (Kafka, Flink) and NoSQL databases
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
