• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Node.js, and modern frontend/backend frameworks
• Strong experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or similar) and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with financial systems, APIs, and security best practices (e.g., OAuth, PCI compliance)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior developers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
