• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity
• Proven expertise in business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK, Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in requirements gathering tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Lucidchart
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, process mapping, and gap analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
