Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and incident response plans

• Monitor and respond to security incidents using advanced threat detection tools

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT security engineering, including vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
• Proficiency in security tools such as SIEM (Splunk, ELK), firewalls, IDS/IPS, and cloud security (AWS, Azure)
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards (GDPR)
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
