What You'll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and reactive programming paradigms
• Develop and maintain high-throughput applications handling real-time market data and trading workflows

• Ensure code quality through unit/integration testing, automated deployments, and observability tools (Prometheus, ELK)
• Drive technical initiatives like migration to cloud-native architectures and adoption of new Java features
• Participate in on-call rotations for production support and incident response

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on Java development experience, including Java 11+ and Spring Boot
• Proven expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
• Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like Hibernate

• Familiarity with financial domain concepts, security best practices (OAuth, JWT), and performance optimization
