• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in UX/UI design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role
• Proven track record leading experience design teams in financial services or high-stakes industries
• Expertise in design thinking methodologies, user research, prototyping, and usability testing
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, and InVision
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), agile methodologies, and design systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Experience with data-driven design decisions using analytics tools like Google Analytics or Amplitude
