• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 4 years focused on MES or industrial automation systems
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and real-time data processing technologies
• Strong experience with manufacturing protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT) and integration with PLC/SCADA systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
