• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Expertise in programming languages like Go, Python, or Java
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with high-traffic, low-latency systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
