The Role

As a Senior Product Designer (Platform / UX), you'll lead the design of our core platform, focusing on UX architecture, user flows, and scalable design systems. This remote contract position offers the chance to influence product strategy from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, create wireframes, and design high-fidelity prototypes
• Develop and refine platform-wide design systems for consistency
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are feasible and performant
• Perform usability testing and iterate based on data and feedback
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design processes
• Stay ahead of UX trends in platform design

Work in an agile environment with bi-weekly sprints, using tools like Jira, Slack, and Figma. This is a full-time remote contract with potential for long-term engagement.

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on UX for platforms and complex systems
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Framer or InVision
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Strong portfolio showcasing platform-level UX designs, user research, and iterative design processes
• Excellent collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
