Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design processes for new features and improvements, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and user testing
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design with business goals and technical feasibility
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and A/B experiments to inform design decisions
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system evolution
• Stay ahead of design trends, particularly in AI and generative tools

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on mobile or web applications
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, from research to prototyping and iteration
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in agile environments
• Familiarity with AI/ML products or creative tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
