• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years in a senior role within IT or SaaS environments
• Proven track record of launching successful products from ideation to market
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, user research, and data-driven decision making
• Experience with HR tech, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in product management tools like Jira, Aha!, or Figma
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
