Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for new and existing products
• Develop and implement security controls, including code reviews and penetration testing
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to integrate DevSecOps practices
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and contribute to SAP's security roadmap
• Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness across the organization
• Participate in incident response and forensic analysis as needed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product security engineering, with a focus on software security
• Proficiency in secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessment
• Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, static/dynamic analysis)
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), encryption, and identity management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps integration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
