• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in QA and testing, with a focus on client-facing applications
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG)
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
• Familiarity with banking domain, security standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PSD2, GDPR)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for client-facing collaboration
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar scripting languages
