• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering roles
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Strong expertise in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and observability practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Solid programming skills in Go, Python, or similar
• Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, SLOs/SLIs
• Excellent problem-solving and on-call experience
