• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java
• Strong experience with frameworks like React, Node.js, or similar
• Expertise in building scalable backend services and microservices architectures
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
