Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SOC operations, including monitoring, triage, and resolution of security incidents
• Develop and refine SOC processes, playbooks, and escalation procedures
• Lead a team of security analysts, providing mentorship and performance guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into DevOps and cloud environments
• Conduct threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and post-incident reviews
• Stay ahead of emerging threats through intelligence analysis and tool optimization

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 2 years in SOC management
• Proven expertise in SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack), threat intelligence platforms, and endpoint detection systems
• Strong knowledge of NIST, MITRE ATT&CK frameworks, and compliance standards like GDPR
• Leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of analysts
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; relevant certifications (CISSP, GIAC, etc.) preferred
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with incident response orchestration
• Proficiency in Spanish and English
