In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with customers—from startups to enterprises—to deploy, customize, and optimize Dust's AI capabilities. You'll translate business needs into technical solutions, handle integrations, provide hands-on training, and proactively resolve issues to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead post-sales onboarding, including solution architecture and deployment
• Develop and test custom AI workflows, APIs, and integrations
• Deliver technical workshops, demos, and documentation
• Monitor usage metrics and customer health to identify upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams for feedback loops
• Troubleshoot advanced technical challenges and escalate when needed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical support, or customer-facing technical roles
• Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with AI/ML tools, integrations, and SaaS implementations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Fluency in English and French
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success methodologies
