Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (JD, MBA) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
• Strong knowledge of Spanish and EU regulations (e.g., GDPR, Medical Device Regulation MDR)
• Proficiency in compliance auditing, policy development, and training programs
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
• Experience with compliance software and data analysis tools
