Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee common area maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping services
• Coordinate with tenants on operational issues, repairs, and compliance
• Manage vendor contracts and service level agreements
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of operations staff
• Monitor budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
