• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR leadership roles
• Proven track record in designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, leadership development programs, and succession planning
• Strong knowledge of HR metrics, employee engagement surveys, and performance management systems
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills
• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or tech industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and learning management platforms
• Fluency in English; Spanish or other European languages advantageous
