Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead - React Native Developer to lead our dynamic software development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development process, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet the needs of our clients. This role combines strong technical expertise in React Native with leadership capabilities to guide the team's efforts in producing world-class applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable mobile applications.
• Engage in backend development using Dot Net Core / ASP.Net and frontend development leveraging Angular.
• Ensure adherence to MVC frameworks and manage the use of MSSQL databases efficiently.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Provide technical leadership in code reviews, architectural decisions, and best practices guidance.
• Handle system design, project estimations, and performance optimization on ongoing projects.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them where beneficial to the team and company objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (including at least 2+ years in a Lead role).
• Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, Web API.
• Proficiency in Angular for frontend development.
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Cloud platforms (preferably Azure/AWS).
• Proven ability in team management, project planning, and architecture design.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
