• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating training materials
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and content creation tools like Articulate or Adobe Captivate
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering
• Experience in remote work environments and virtual training delivery
• Fluency in English and Spanish
