Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and maintain user manuals, API references, release notes, and online help content
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to gather requirements and ensure accuracy
• Develop visual aids, diagrams, and multimedia content to enhance documentation
• Ensure consistency in style, terminology, and branding across all materials
• Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to improve documentation usability

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software or IT

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills
• Experience with API documentation, user guides, and tutorials
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
