• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in enterprise platforms or digital transformation roles

• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices
